Calming headband

A soft headband that covers your eyes and wraps around your head. Can be warmed in the microwave or cooled in the fridge for soothing relief.

This was originally designed as a migraine wrap, but I’ve found it surprisingly helpful for general stress and sensory overwhelm. When everything feels too loud or too bright, putting this on is like pressing a reset button.

On tough days, I pop it in the microwave for gentle heat or leave it in the fridge so it’s ready to cool me down. It blocks out light completely and adds a comforting weight and temperature that helps my nervous system settle.

I mostly use it in the evenings when I’m overstimulated or when I feel a headache coming on. If you’re prone to sensory overload or just need a way to decompress, this has been one of the most calming things I’ve tried.
